Best amp for a single kicker cvt 12" sub.?

I am looking for an amp to push my cvt 12%26quot; sub , but theres one thing, i have only $100-$125 to spend on an amp, and i dont know a good amp to give a good quality sound to this sub . if you cant tell, im pretty new to this car audio stuff, and i know this might sound dumb but... i was also wondering if i could wire this sub to 2 ohms.

i would go with a rockford fosgate p300.1 is a mono amp also the birthsheet on these amps so over 900 watts so this will do the job at 1ohm its 300 watts. here are a few websites to buy it from.
